DOC 88

The Doc 88 get's its name from our Grand father who was born in Bartow Fl. where we sourced some of the filler from for this cigar. He was a civil rights leader, NAACP president, a CEO, actor, pastor, and the neighborhood dentist. He was affectionately known as 'Doc' to us all, but was more than that and bigger than life. He turned small beginnings into big accomplishments by putting his family and community first. Though he was more of a pipe smoke kind of guy, we know he'd appreciate a cigar with Bartow Fl. tobacco in it.

For the wrapper we've aged for 8 years in an under ground cellar, this San Andreas Maduro to help push tons of unique flavors. The binder is a smooth Dominican. As for the filler it is a Dominican blend to create ton of additional subtle flavors, when we combine that with some Floridian long leaf tobacco it creates a cigar with lots of character.
